Matthew Hagler is one of the founding principals of the Keller Williams Ballantyne Area Market Center and has served as Director of Commercial Real Estate. This market center has grown to be the most profitable market center in the world for the past three years. Mr. Hagler started his commercial real estate career in 2000 with a boutique firm in Charlotte, NC.

As a native of Charlotte, with nine generations rooted in Mecklenburg County, he has watched the area grow and is extremely knowledgeable in the development history and demographics of the region.

Mr. Hagler is a general broker and has extensive experience in office, retail, industrial, multifamily and land transactions.

EDUCATION

Mr. Hagler graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a major in Political Science and a minor in Gerontology and was a member of the Order of Omega Honor Society.

MEMBERSHIPS & ASSOCIATIONS

Mr. Hagler is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR) and has been awarded the Deal Makers Bronze and Silver Awards in recent years. He has been recognized as the Commercial Agent of the Year and the Commercial Team of the Year for the KW Ballantyne Area Market Center.

Mr. Hagler has served in many leadership capacities locally for the Mecklenburg Kiwanis Club, and regionally serving as Trustee for the Carolinas District and President of the Carolinas District Foundation. He was also recognized with the distinguished George E. Hixson Fellowship Award.
